We recommend a minimum space of 10x10 feet to ensure everyone has enough room to enjoy the experience comfortably.

7. How long does the setup take?
Setup usually takes about 45 minutes prior to the event start time. We recommend scheduling this time in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.

8. Is there a limit to the number of videos we can collect?
No, there is no limit to the number of videos you can collect during your event. Guests can participate as many times as they'd like!

 9. Can guests share their videos immediately?
Yes! After their video is processed, guests can instantly share their videos via email, SMS, or social media directly from the booth.

10. What if we have special requests or need additional services?
We’re happy to accommodate special requests! Please reach out to us in advance to discuss any additional services you may require.

11. What are the power and technical requirements for the Video 360 Booth?
The booth requires access to a standard electrical outlet. Our team will handle all the technical setup and equipment required for the booth to function.

12. Do you provide services outside of your local area?
Yes, we do offer services outside our local area, but additional travel fees may apply. Please contact us for a quote based on your event location.

13. How far in advance should we book the Video 360 Booth?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date, especially during peak event seasons.

14. What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations up to 21 days prior to the event date for a full refund. Please see full policy at the bottom of the home page.
